*Two men, including a 52-year-old, have been arrested for rape in the capital, police said on Saturday. In the first incident, a 52-year-old man was accused of rape by his daughter-in-law in outer Delhi's Sultanpuri.

The 24-year-old woman, who hails from Bihar, told police that she was raped when her husband left home for work on Tuesday. She said her father-in-law barged into her room and threatened to kill her if she resisted his sexual advances. "He then allegedly raped her," a police officer said.
The victim narrated her ordeal to her husband when he returned home in evening. The couple then approached police, after which the woman's medical examination was conducted, which confirmed sexual assault.
In her statement to police, the victim said she got married two years ago and her father-in-law had also misbehaved with her in the past. The accused was initially absconding, but was apprehended on Thursday.
Another incident
In a separate incident, a 27-year-old woman alleged rape on the pretext of marriage in west Delhi's Nangloi. The accused, identified as Naresh, lives in her neighbourhood.
The victim lives with her father and is from Uttar Pradesh's Saharanpur district. She said she was befriended by Naresh and later developed physical relationship with him.
Naresh always promised marriage to her, but began to ignore her recently. It is alleged that the woman started putting pressure on Naresh for marriage, but he refused.
The woman then approached police after being informed that Naresh's marriage has been fixed by his parents. "Her medical examination was conducted," another police officer added. Naresh has been arrested.
Separate cases of rape have been filed with Sultanpuri and Nangloi police stations. Reported by Deccan Herald 4 hours ago.
